AirPlus

Activate the connection 

The administrator makes the activation.

1. Open Marketplace and select the category "Cards" > AirPlus Real Time.

2. Activate service.

3. Fill out the form

• The information of the authorized signatory (name and e-mail)
• The information of the Cardholder (Add cardholder), including empolyee number (it is also possible to add cardholders at a later stage)

• The company's details are pre-filled.

  

4. The authorized signatory will receive an email containing a link to the order form in the Docuseal service. They review, sign and submit the form digitally to the bank.

5. After this you will wait for the bank to process the form​

• Once the connection has been verified and activated by the bank, the cardholder’s details will be displayed under the Card Management tab (if cardholders were added during the activation process). The masked card number and the date of the most recent purchase are also displayed, which means that the card has been linked to the user succesfully​.
• New users are created and linked automatically​. If the card cannot be linked automatically to a user, the ”Unconfirmed cards” section will become visible > Click the gear icon and manually link the card to the correct user.  ​

Add cardholders

1. If you want to add new cardholders at a later stage, go to Card Management.​​

2. Click the three dots to the right and​ add the payment responsibility and accounting settings > Save settings.

 ​

3. Select Add cardholder and check ​the users you want to add > Add selected users.

4. A window with settings will appear. Select ​"Save changes", or "Override default settings", if you want to change the settings.

5. The users are now connected to AirPlus.​
