Mastercard / Visa

Accepted Mastercards:

• Personal creditcards (personal debitcards are not supported)
• All company cards (credit- and debitcards)

Activate the connection

The user makes the connection in the application.

Purchase > Card > Add new card.

• The system will automatically recognize whether it is a personal card or a company card​

• The user will immediately get a confirmation if the card has been succesfully added​.

   

Company cards:

All transactions are now automatically created as expense claims in the system.

Personal cards:

If you want the transactions to be created as expense claims automatically, you need to change the settings (it is also possible to manually choose the transactions you want to convert to expense claims)​

• Click on the three dots in the right upper corner​

• Choose ”Card management”, and select your card from the list​

• Make the desired settings about how you want the transactions to be handled.​
