First Card

Activate the connection 

The administrator makes the activation.

1. Open Marketplace and select the category "Cards" > First Card Real Time.

2. Activate service.

3. In the settings, select which types of cards your company uses and which should be connected to the service​.

• Cards for which the company is responsible for payment​

• Cards for which the individual is responsible for payment​

4. Enter the name of the authorized signatory.

5. Tick the boxes to accept the terms and costs, then click OK.

6. First Card is now activated, and the agreement will be sent from Nordea First Card to the email address, that has been given in the activation process. 

Add cardholders

1. Go to Card Management.​

2. Click the three dots to the right and​ add the payment responsibility and accounting settings > Save settings.

 ​

3. Select Add cardholder and check ​the users you want to add > Add selected users.

4. A window with settings will appear. Select ​"Save changes", or "Override default settings", if you want to change the settings.

5. The users are now connected to Nordea First Card​

• Added users will get an agreement per email that has to be signed to complete the connection​

• When the user has signed the agreement, a check mark will appear at the user's name under the PDPC-box (under Card Management).​​

​The view that shows the card number, PDPC and the most recent purchase, also shows the administrator who has accepted the connection.​
